The Steering Wheel was a project developed based on the approach used in my Master’s thesis at Tehran Polytechnic. This project received an Elite Foundation scholarship award. I designed and prototyped a sustainable steering wheel tailored to the specific needs of Iranian users, developed for a recently introduced platform of the Peugeot 207. The main focus was on integrating sustainability principles and enhancing user affordance, while ensuring cultural taste for Iranian users.

Katour was a product designed for economically underprivileged farmers involved in the desert harvesting of Persian manna. Persian manna is a local plant that, although relatively expensive, is essential for various industries, particularly in pharmaceutical production. However, poor harvesting conditions and challenges related to valorization have created issues for both the workers and the industries that receive the final product. In 2015, the product was redesigned with the intention of increasing productivity.

"Malehha" refers to a series of five masonry trowels that I designed in collaboration with Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. The aim was to improve the usability and affordance of trowels for Iranian masons, particularly those with special needs or working in challenging conditions. This project not only addressed practical, on-site issues but also led to the publication of five peer-reviewed international articles.

The Scissors was a project conducted in collaboration with Tabriz Medical School in 2017, in which I designed the handles of the tools. The project focused on the development of three alternative scissors to enhance the efficiency of tailors working in the shoe industry. Their specialized ergonomic postures required professionally redesigned tools to improve their manufacturing capabilities, repair processes, and alteration techniques.
